By placing an order through The Breakfast Cart, you thereby agere to terms of this Agreement which shall cover the terms of our deliveries to you and your use of our website.

When you place an order, we use all reasonable efforts to deliver to you at the time of your choosing whether it be next-day or same-day delivery. You can modify an existing order at any time up until the order leaves the store by messaging us on our Instagram (@thebreakfastcartmnl) or contacting 09178335854. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change the cost of deliveries and/or our delivery fees at any time.

As much as possible, please be present during delivery of your order to the specified Address. If you will be making a representative pick up the order, pls make sure the representative is informed of the delivery details. In the case of bad weather or unforeseen delivery complications, deliveries may be delayed. We will inform you if such circumstances arise and when to expect your delivery.

We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and PayPal payment methods. Any offline transaction (bank transfer, etc.) done with the rider and the Recipient is subject to due investigation.
